- Age Requirement
Absolutely no reservations or access will be made to person under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. A parent or guardian must be always staying onsite. We do not rent to chaperoned groups. Reservations made under false pretenses will be subject to eviction and forfeiture of all deposits and payments. NO EXCEPTIONS. Guest must have a valid Driver’s License.
- Arrival/Departure
Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m. Check-out is at 10:00 a.m. No late check-outs or early check-ins unless previously agreed to by management.
- Cancellations
- 100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in
- 50% refund if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in
- No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in
- Severe Weather Policy
Arkansas Lake Escape will not issue refunds for cancellations or shortened stays due to actual or anticipated severe weather events.
